"I never thought I'd be the person excitedly rushing to leave a glowing review for an insurance agency. I mean come on... not exactly the most exciting of subjects. But my experience with Josh from Dana Womack's team has me here. Five stars are not enough to express how incredibly helpful Josh has been. I wasn't looking to switch insurance companies, but I had signed up to get more info (at an event with my dog haha) and when Josh followed up, I happened to be in a spot where I was like "Sure, why not? Let's switch." Josh presented plan options to me easily, efficiently, and most importantly - in a way that made actual sense. I consider myself decently smart, but when it comes to the world of insurance, I'm very much a "explain it to me like I'm 5 years old" type person. I had (what I deemed) silly / ridiculous questions, and he patiently answered all of them, and then some. He reviewed my then current policy (with a different company) and walked me through what the differences were (all to my benefit, of course) with the new policy at State Farm. He put up with me being hard to get ahold of during a sickness, and followed up in a way that was helpful and not pushy in the slightest. He's been so easy to get ahold of and ask questions to - exactly what I think people in the insurance field oftentimes lack. I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with Dana yet, but from what Josh shared, I'm sure I would instantly connect with her as well. It's clear this agency hires dedicated agents, and those agents are passionate about their job in a way that genuinely benefits their customers. If you've read all this, 1) I'm laughing bc you don't know me but this is SO me, but 2) you should definitely consider at least taking a call with this team and see if they can help you with some sort of change with your policies. I can wholeheartedly (and enthusiastically, haha) say that they will take care of you and get your questions answered. Thanks for everything so far, Josh! Very happy with my switch to State Farm!"
